Paper submission - Guidelines for authors

 

ABSTRACTS

A book of abstracts will be printed and handed out at the conference to participants.
Late abstracts are expected no later than within 1 month after receiving the Second announcement, together with a registration form.
Only abstracts of conference participants will be published.
Abstracts should contain the following information:
- Title of the presentation (bold capitals);
- Name(s) of the author(s) – underline the presenting author;
- Institution(s); Address(es); e-mail;
- Text of abstract (no more than 250 words);
- Key words.
The abstract must state the aim, time and place of the work, methods in short and the results.
The font must be Times New Roman, 12 points, with single spacing; paper A4, the margins: top 2 cm, bottom 2 cm; left 3 cm, right 1.5 cm. The text must be adjusted to fit the margins.  

POSTERS

Posters must fit the following space: 95 cm wide, 135 cm high. The letters and numbers must be at least 14 points, including tables and notes to pictures.  

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Technical means will be available for presentations.  

PAPERS

Papers must be submitted by May 29, 2008. They will be published in proceedings of the conference in 2008 after the conference. The papers will be reviewed by international experts. To have a paper published one of the authors has to pay the registration fee.

Manuscripts should be sent by e-mail (or by mail in CD) to the Conference Secretary or submitted (in electronic form) during registration. One printed copy must also be sent by mail or handed in at registration.

The Editorial Board will evaluate if the contents and the form confirm with the main requirements. Manuscripts rejected during the first evaluation will be returned to the author with explanatory remarks. If the article is approved, the Editorial Board appoints two reviewers.

The author returns the corrected manuscript to the Editorial Board in ten days by email or by mail in a CD.
